BABYSITTING
Subject to availability, the Reception will be happy to assist you with babysitting services at an extra cost. Please book at least 24 hours in advance
Regulations
The babysitter is there to assist you during short parental absences. This in no way constitutes a substitute for parental supervision and responsibilities. Tasks including, but not limited to, feeding, bathing, changing and swimming must at all times be carried out under parental supervision. A maximum of two children per babysitter is permitted.
Timings
Babysitting sessions should not exceed four hours. Please note that babysitting availability may be limited, so we urge you to book early. For more information and bookings, please contact Reception. If you need to change your booking, please inform Reception immediately.
Availability
Should a babysitter be unavailable due to sickness or emergency, the hotel will do its utmost to find a replacement, subject to availability. It is not always possible to have the same babysitter for the duration of your stay.
Special Instructions
Please ensure that you inform Reception, at the time of booking, of any special instructions (medical conditions, behaviour, allergies etc.). Due to safety regulations, babysitters are not allowed to give medicines.

Parents/guardians must be contactable at all times and must leave contact details with the babysitter.
Meals
Parents must make arrangements for meals for the child & babysitter if the session is over lunch or dinner. Please note, babysitters cannot feed children under 3 years without parental supervision.
